The evening will feature poetry readings and a local artists' exhibit as well as some of the most romantic music ever written. Concertmaster Szasz will also premiere a work written by the winner of the Art Inspired by Music, Music Inspired by Art student composition contest, Meghan Ford. Ms. Ford's work Islands/Inlets was inspired by Dr. Lowell Vance's violin artwork (pictured below). Ms. Ford is a junior in Birmingham Southern College's Music Composition program.
