BOX OFFICE HOURS: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. through 6 p.m.
Wheelchair Accessibility: Wheelchair seating is available upon request when placing your order, or by alerting House Management of your needs upon arrival at the venue. All ASO venues are handicapped accessible.
Late Seating: House Doors generally open one-half hour prior to the start of the performance. In order to preserve the musical experience for everyone, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Management. Latecomers are not guaranteed to be seated in their ticketed seats.
Electronic devices: All photographic and recording devices are strictly prohibited at Alabama Symphony Orchestra events. Devices will be confiscated, files deleted, and then returned at the conclusion of the event. All cell phones and other devices must be set to silent/vibrate during the performance.
What should I wear? The ASO does not have a dress code. We encourage concertgoers to dress however they feel most comfortable.
